National Youth Jazz Collective workshops

Are you 18 or younger and seriously into music?

Then why not try out the National Youth Jazz Collective taster afternoon.

This is on Sunday, 17 June from 1pm to 4pm in Leighton Buzzard Library Theatre.

About the National Youth Jazz Collective

The National Youth Jazz Collective is the country's biggest network for teaching young musicians to play and improvise in small bands.

They help:

  • build confidence as an improvising musician
  • explore the most popular rhythms used in jazz, funk, pop and rock bands
  • play melodies, grooves, hooks and riffs by ear (without notation)
  • compose and improvise new musical ideas
  • become a stronger, more interactive band member

For more information, download the National Youth Jazz Collective workshops flyer and then book your free place online.
