Thursday after‑school music groups

Enjoyable after‑school sessions for children and adults, supporting confidence, skills and the chance to make music together.

  • Location: Cedars Upper School, Leighton Linslade

  • Time: 4 to 5:45pm (during term time)

  • Cost: starting from £4.80 per session (paid termly)

Sessions

Training Wind Band

4 to 4:45pm

For children who can play at least five notes and are ready to progress. Participants develop their skills, learn new pieces and experience playing as part of a band.

Folk Group

5 to 5:45pm

A friendly, informal group for adults and children, exploring traditional and folk music. Open to a range of instruments, with a focus on playing together and enjoying the music.

Foundation Wind

5 to 5:45pm

Beginner sessions introducing wind instruments. Children learn how to produce sound, play simple notes and build confidence in a supportive group.
